1:1 personal training sessions are held in the comfort of my fully-equipped private space. Climate-controlled, so dress in your most comfortable fitness getup and let me take care of the heavy (programming) lifting for you.
Small group training sessions are held in the same space as 1:1 sessions, but with the added benefit of a fun, friendly, no-bullshit group environment to push your fitness. Progress and workouts are tracked through SugarWOD app, so you’ll know what’s coming your way.
Individual programming is done through a private link on the TrueCoach app—sometimes you’ve got the place, but you don’t have the plan. I’ll send you tailor-made workouts that will help catapult you towards your goals, even when you can’t make it to me.
Nutrition coaching is done through ProCoach, daily text message accountability, and consistent in-person check-ins that include InBody scans (or video call check-ins for virtual clients). I’ll calculate your exact intake parameters, or we will go the intuitive route with constructive hand-holding until you’re a pro. I ask for a three-month commitment when beginning a nutrition coaching relationship.
Whole30 coaching is done through text messaging, day-by-day email updates, and through a private Facebook group—and is offered both individually and in small group format. Group dates vary, so stay locked in on the Instagram link for announcements. We do Whole30 by the book and to the letter here, and it’s worth every fully-followed rule and recommendation.
